Happy first day of Summer everyone!
It was a beautiful morning here in the Emerald city......Logan and I went to Pesos for their happy hour breakfast burrito and it was delicious! Then I walked on over in my jammies to get a pedicure and a shoulder massage! It was heavenly! Hello Neon bubble gum colored toes!
I can't wait to throw on my swimsuit and flippies this Summer and head to the lake for a day of sunning....I am ready to crack open my new book "Toast" (written by Nigel Slater).....I just saw the film starring Helena Bonham Carter and I loved it!
I also look forward to Summer evenings when you can still feel the heat of the sun on your body as you eat peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and watch films with your friends on a big comfy couch...... I am excited to see "Submarine" (directed by Richard Ayoade).
Well that's it for now......Tomorrow is the Second day of Summer party! Looking forward to seeing all of my friends and having a fun time......Lots of yummy niblees and sippies to enjoy! Hope my brie and pear crostinis come out great! I will be following up with some pictures for sure!
Remember to hydrate and moisturize this summer and last but not least be safe and have fun!
